Minimum
Stays: Bristlecone Vacation Rentals, LLC, "Bristlecone" requires
a 2 night
minimum stay at properties. 3 night minimum stays are required
over some holidays.
Check In /
Check Out: Check-in
is 4:00 P.M. on your arrival date. Check-out is by 10:00 A.M. on
the day of your departure.
Payments:
50% of the total amount due is required at the time of
booking. 30 days prior to arrival, the remaining 50% is due. If
the booking is made within 30 days of arrival, the total amount
is due.
Refundable
Security Deposits:
All properties require a $500.00 security deposit. This
deposit will be used to cover any property damage, vandalism and
additional cleaning needs. If no problems exist, your security
deposit will be refunded to you within 10 days after your
departure by Company check or a credit to your debit or credit
card. The refund period may be longer if there are issues to be
resolved. If the security deposit is not adequate to cover the
full cost of missing items, damage done during the rental
period, or additional cleaning needs, Bristlecone will take
additional actions necessary to collect the required amount.
Forms of
Payment:
We accept cash (US currency only), traveler’s checks, money
orders, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Bank Cards. A $25
administration fee for insufficient funds will be charged.
Cancellations: If
we can re-book the property for the exact dates, you will
receive a full refund less a $100 administration fee. If the
property cannot be re-booked, you will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made within 30 days of the arrival date
unfortunately will not receive a refund owing to the probability
that other reservation requests were denied due to the presence
of your reservation. Any refund will be mailed or credited no
later than 10 days after your originally scheduled departure
date. Regrettably there are no refunds for late arrivals, early
departures or no-shows.
Lodging
Guarantee:
Bristlecone and the property owners cannot be held responsible for
unforeseen circumstances that may preclude you from the use of
the property, including weather, fires, major property problems,
negligence by a travel agent or transportation company, etc. In
such an event, Bristlecone reserves the right to transfer the
guest to another property at no additional charge.
Phone
Service:
Local phone
service is available at all properties. Calling cards or collect
calls are required for all long distance calls.
Housekeeping:
Prior to your
arrival the property is thoroughly cleaned and supplied with
clean bedding, towels, soaps and paper products. A housekeeping
fee is assessed on stays of 3 nights or more.
Access:
4 wheel or front wheel drive is recommended, and possibly
required, during the winter and spring months.
Smoking:
All
properties are NON-SMOKING. If smoke is detected, the cost of
cleaning or deodorizing the property will be deducted from your
security deposit.
Pets:
Housetrained
pets are
allowed at certain properties. Type and size are a
consideration. If the owner of the chosen property agrees to
allow your pet, a $30.00 non-refundable pet deposit will be
assessed. If the pet causes excessive damage, additional costs
will be drawn from our security deposit.
Trash Disposal:
Please keep
all trash in the animal proof trash cans provided for you.
Bristlecone Vacation Rentals will remove the trash when the
house is cleaned. |
